crossing frontiers / i am a good person A T-shirt Design Project is launched as part of Grafist 20 for the participation of professional designers. The brief was putting ourselves in place of the refugee. As I cross the border, I am interrogated in a language I hardly speak or understand. I fear rejection. Designing a T-shirt for myself before I set off seemed to be a good idea. In this way, an interrogator checking the jewellery or money in my bag, a journalist trying to trip me up as I am running might be touched by my T-shirt and allow my entry.The idea was to design a military pattern with dead bodies to emphasise the after effects of the war.
